of an assignment, such as:
- What is the
nature of the assignment? (Size, Colors, Number of pieces...)
- What rights
you're requesting? (One-time Rights, Limited, All Rights...)
- How and Where
will the Cartoon(s)/Illustration(s) be used?
- Has a budget
been established? (Fixed, Ball park...)
etc... etc...
Each request I receive is evaluated on an individual basis
